1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ChatSista ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides AI-generated conversation suggestions ("suggestions") based on user-uploaded chat screenshots. The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Suggestions are generated by an AI and should not be taken as professional advice. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to register with the Service to access certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

5. Payments and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be used to access the AI analysis feature. Credits can be purchased through our third-party payment processor, Pesapal. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion. We may offer free or promotional credits, which are subject to change or removal at any time. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChatSista and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that ChatSista shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not least to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
